How a project runs

Step 1, Let’s talk: You call or message, and we arrange a free visit to your home to see the space and hear what you want from it.

Step 2, Consultation and ideas: Bring a finished design and we refine the details, or start from a photo you like and we draw a first version together.

Step 3, Design and planning: We weigh function, looks, materials and budget and adjust the design until it is right, so nothing is made before you agree every detail.

Step 4, Made off-site: Your units are made and finished away from your home where possible, which keeps the precision high and the disruption low.

Step 5, Delivered and installed: The finished pieces arrive ready to fit, and we install them with close attention to the edges where joinery meets walls and floors.

Step 6, The final reveal: We walk you through the finished work, and the job is only signed off once you are happy with every detail. That is our customer satisfaction guarantee, and it sits alongside your statutory rights.
