Bring a finished design and we refine the details, or start from a photo you like and we draw a first version together.
Design and planning
We weigh function, looks, materials and budget and adjust the design until it is right, so nothing is made before you agree every detail.
Made off-site
Your units are made and finished away from your home where possible, which keeps the precision high and the disruption low.
Delivered and installed
The finished pieces arrive ready to fit, and we install them with close attention to the edges where joinery meets walls and floors.
The final reveal
We walk you through the finished work, and the job is only signed off once you are happy with every detail. That is our customer satisfaction guarantee, and it sits alongside your statutory rights.
Warranty and aftercare
Our workmanship and installation carry a three-year warranty under our warranty terms, so a genuine fault in our work is put right. The job does not end when we leave, and the same number reaches us if anything needs a look later.
Hardware and appliances keep their manufacturer’s warranty, including selected Häfele ergonomic and LED products covered for up to seven years. We hand over the paperwork for everything we supply, so you know what is covered and for how long.
