Who we are
Day Bespoke Carpentry Limited is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England, company number 15408991, at 7 The Chase, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 2EJ. You can contact us on 07856 430793 or at jack@daybespoke.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, call, email or send a WhatsApp message, we receive your name, contact details, postcode, details of your project and any photos you choose to send. The forms also ask how you heard about us, which you can leave blank.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to you, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who else handles it
Website forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which processes the submission on our behalf. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for six years, because we need them for warranty claims and for tax.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by contacting us as above. If you are unhappy with our reply you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only data stored in your browser is what it needs to show the pages, and nothing is used to track you.
